Innerleithen golf course is a nine hole course located 32 miles south of Edinburgh and 6 miles from Peebles in the picturesque Leithen Valley.

This is an attractive course that enjoys quite magnificent surroundings while the River Leithen comes into play on no less than four holes. The course was designed in 1886 by three times Open Champion Willie Park and to this day still presents a worthy challenge.

There are several small burns that meander across the rest of the course. At the first hole the road, the river and a burn combine to make an extremely tricky opening hole. If you happen to go through the back, then more water is waiting for your ball.

There are no restrictions for visitors but it's advisable to contact the club in advance to check on available green times.
