We can remove colonies from attics, walls etc
Honey bees are not angry and are unlikely to attack - they are defensive, not agressive and are unlikely to sting unless provoked.
WE CAN REMOVE A NEST AND THE BEES WITHOUT KILLING THE BEES.
Please ensure that you correctly identify the nest as HONEY BEES and don't confuse it with bumble bees, wasps or hoverflies ( see pictures)

If you discover that a colony of HONEY BEES has set up home in your property, please DON'T PANIC and PLEASE DON'T CALL PEST CONTROL - they will simply come and kill the bees - AND YOU WILL HAVE TO REMOVE THE DEAD NEST ANYWAY.
As we are dealing with honey bees, you already know that they make honey - they make honey as stored food reserves to see them through the long winter months. They protect this food supply with their lives because without it the colony will die.
The PROBLEM with KILLING THE BEES is that this food supply and all the dead bees become an attractive free meal for a variety of other creatures - from ants, wasps and moths to mice and larger creatures which may set up home in your property in the nest and become a much larger problem that the bees. Once moth larvae or mice start chewing the comb, the honey starts leaking out - it will soak through plasterboard and ruin ceilings. Spilled honey has a strong scent and will in turn attract more pests - it may even attract another colony of bees and the process will start over again.
Because of this, ONCE YOU KILL A COLONY OF HONEY BEES, YOU NEED TO REMOVE THE NEST ANYWAY - if you are going to have to remove it anyway, why not call us to remove it without killing the bees ?
