Peebles Arts Festival is the only cross-platform multi-arts festival in the Borders.

Run as a charity by a committee of dedicated volunteers we derive great pleasure from seeing people enjoy our festival.

As with most committees we are a shy bunch, seldom seen out in the sun until the festival starts and as soon as it finishes diving into the shadows to devise 'macchiavellian' plans for the next year.

We meet regularly throughout the year and have as much fun organising and running the festival as our devotees have attending it!

The arts on offer include music by local performers, photography and visual art including a retrospective on artists with links to the Borders, author readings, theatre and film performances, craft fairs and tours with historical, humorous, ghostly and literary themes.

A variety of arts-related workshops are also on offer for both adults and children.
